Free family fund day at Manston Airport

Kent's Manston Airport is to open its terminal doors to the public next month for a free family fun day. There will be plenty of entertainment for children, including competitions, a clown and face painting, while businesses including Quex, the Spitfire Museum and Visit Thanet will appeal to adults.
Tour and travel operators will also be available throughout the day offering special deals and providing help to customers looking to book a holiday. Representatives from Newmarket Holidays and Discover Jersey will be on hand to offer expert advice on flights and destinations available, direct from the airport. The Heart Angels radio roadshow team will also touch down at Manston during the fun day. A raffle will be held with all proceeds going to Demelza Hospice Care for Children.
