New Wizz Air Polish flights brought forward again
27.04.07
The launch of new routes operated by Wizz Air to Poland from four UK airports is to be brought forward for the second time, the central European low-cost airline has announced.
Flights from Durham Tees Valley Airport to Warsaw will now take off a week earlier than the previous announcement (or two weeks earlier than originally planned), on July 13. On the same day flights linking Coventry and Katowice will take off, also two weeks earlier than originally planned.
Wizz Air's new route from Bournemouth to Katowice will launch even earlier - on July 7 - and the next day will see the launch of flights between Robin Hood Airport and Gdansk.
The airline is bringing forward the start of flights after securing the early delivery of new aircraft and seeing ticket sales on all four new routes exceed its expectations.
