Durham Tees Valley award ATC replacement contract

Durham Tees Valley Airport has awarded the contract to supply and install their replacement ATC Recording System to Precision Applications. The new Veristore System will not only guarantee compliance with the latest UK CAA regulations, but also includes a number of unique features that make it straightforward to operate and maintain.
Voice Communications, Radar Screens and Radar Data will be recorded and can be replayed synchronously should there be a requirement to investigate an incident. Low cost of ownership and an expected in service life of in excess of 10 years were both factors taken into account when the system was selected.
The new recording system will be installed and commissioned within the next few weeks, to ensure that it is fully operational in time for the busier summer holiday season.
