Cardiff Airport passengers forget rules on liquids

Thousands of gallons of perfume, make-up and fizzy drinks are thrown away each month at Cardiff Airport because travellers are failing to follow security rules introduced after last summers terror alert, the airport has reported.
A spokesman for the airport said a growing number of passengers do not realise that security rules on hand baggage introduced last year are still in place at every British airport. For the latest rules issued by the Department of Transport, click on this link.
