bmibaby launch Cardiff - Barcelona flights

bmibaby launched flights between Cardiff Airport and Barcelona today. The twice-weekly route (Tuesday and Saturday) will move to a three times weekly service on June 18 with the addition of a Wednesday flight. One-way fares are from £24.99, including taxes and charges.
Crawford Rix, managing director at bmibaby, said: ‘Barcelona is a popular destination from our other UK bases. Now travellers in Wales have easy access to this stylish and dynamic city too. The inaugural flight is 95 percent full and forward bookings are extremely encouraging.’
bmibaby flies to 13 destinations from Cardiff Airport, including Alicante, Edinburgh, Faro, Gdansk, Malaga and Palma.
