Interserve win BA maintenance contract

Interserve Ltd, a facilities management and services provider, has been re-awarded a maintenance contract with British Airways. The five-year contract, which is worth £10m, covers hard and soft facilities management services at the airline's aircraft maintenance sites at Cardiff and Glasgow airports.
The company will provide building fabric maintenance, mechanical and electrical services, maintenance of docking and aircraft support systems, ground equipment, cleaning services, landscaping and waste management. Interserve it competed with four other companies for the new contract.
