bmibaby has announced a new route plus additional flights on current routes from Cardiff Airport. The airline will fly from Cardiff to Murcia, the fast developing La Manga strip on Spain's Costa Calid, whilst a number of existing routes have also been enhanced, with more flights and improved journey times.
The low-cost airline will begin operating a four-times weekly service Cardiff and Murcia starting on March 25, with prices starting at just £29.99 for one-way journeys. In addition the route to Palma, which currently operates four times a week, will become a daily service and the weekly flight to Jersey will operate three times every week.
In addition, its flights to Faro have been increased from weekly to four-times weekly and bmibaby's first of two daily flights to Belfast International has been moved to 07:00.
bmibaby started operations at Cardiff in October 2002 and has three Boeing 737 aircraft based at the airport flying to over 11 European destinations.
