Cardiff flights hit by fog

Winter is upon us. Thick fog has caused disruption to flights at Cardiff Airport yesterday. Two inbound flights and a departure were cancelled on Thursday, while two planes due to land were diverted to Bristol and Birmingham.
Fog descended at about 01:30 but lifted later in the day and planes flowed more freely. However, some later flights were delayed as a knock on effect of the problem.
