Ryanair adds Bournemouth routes

Ryanair has announced three new routes to their winter timetable from Bournemouth Airport. From October 2009 it will be flying to the popular resorts of Arrecife in Lanzarote, Las Palmas in Gran Canaria and Tenerife South from the south coast airport.
The budget airline says the expansion into the Canary Islands routes was due to the ‘zero’ tourist taxes in Spain and the 100% discount on airport charges this winter. The flights to Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and Tenerife will take off on October 28, November 1 and October 26, respectively.
