Engineering company moves to Bournemouth Airport

Jet Engineering Technical Support (JETS) has agreed a five-year lease with Bournemouth Airport to operate a fly-in, fly-out facility. The company will move from its current base at Southampton Airport to occupy two units, Hangar 332 and Hangar 600 North, totalling 35,000 sq ft with an additional 45,000 sq ft of ramp space for aircraft parking. The move will be completed in mid-August.
Dave Jackson, JETS chief executive officer, said: ‘We have grown the business year on year and simply outgrew Southampton. Bournemouth represented the best balance of location and cost.’
