Four units totalling over 22,000 sq ft have been let at Bournemouth Airport's Aviation Business Park, Insider Media reports. Commercial property business MAG Developments completed the deals, bringing the occupancy level at the estate to 98 percent full.
Three businesses have taken office space at building 446, with chartered accountancy firm Elson Geaves taking 5,616 sq ft and AIM Aviation (Jecco), an advanced manufacturer of aircraft interiors, taking a unit comprising 5,184 sq ft. Asbestos management contractor, Winsulate UK, has also agreed a deal to take on 1,710sq ft, in a unit that was previously occupied as MAG Developments' marketing suite. Kiwi Design Consultants has also moved into 9,580 sq ft of office space in building 307 on the Aviation Business Park.
MAG Developments recently announced the completion of a purpose-built 35,295sq ft facility, part of a £6m investment programme on the park. An outline planning application for the development of around 42,000 square metres of further new business premises on Aviation Business Park was granted in November 2011.
