Blue Islands launch Bournemouth Jersey flights

The first Blue Islands flight from Bournemouth to Jersey took off yesterday morning. The managing director of the privately-owned airline, Rob Veron, was on hand to greet passengers travelling to the popular Channel Island or onwards to Guernsey.
The airline already operates flights between the Channel Islands and London City and Bristol airports, and has added Bournemouth and Manchester to its routes for this winter season. The new Bournemouth flights will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and cost from £59.
