Ryanair charges more for in flight catering
19.09.09
Ryanair charges more for in-flight food and drink than any of the other British or Irish airline, according to a survey by Nowfly, an online travel comparison website.
The survey shows that the Irish budget airline charges more in every category apart from spirits – which it does not offer on board its flights. Ryanair charges 35 percent more for tea and coffee, 50 percent more for a small bottle of wine and up to 30 percent more for sandwiches than its rivals, including easyJet, Flybe, Monarch and BMI.
