Anton Edelmann – for 21 years Maître Chef des Cuisines at the Savoy – has opened a restaurant just five minutes’ from Stansted Airport. The supporting team is impressive too, with a head chef boasting 6 years of Savoy experience, and a ‘sous’ whose CV includes a stint at Pétrus.
