Stansted campaign group annual hike this weekend

Campaign group Stop Stansted Expansion (SSE) will hold its annual runway ramble this weekend. The heritage hike will be held on Sunday, starting at 14:00 from Molehill Green, to highlight issues surrounding expansion at Stansted Airport.
Organised by Stuart Walker for SSE in association with Douglas Kent of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings, the four-mile circular hike aims to highlight what the organisation says is the threat to up to 40 historic buildings that would be demolished or have their settings severely compromised by BAA's second runway plans.
