Ryanair passengers up 6%

Ryanair saw passenger numbers increase by 6% to 8.14 million in August. Its load factor - a measure of how full its planes were - was 89% for the month, unchanged from August 2010.
In the year to the end of August the budget airline carried 76.4 million passengers, with an average load factor of 83%.
