Flybe add three new routes at Southampton Airport - Aberdeen, Inverness and Newquay
28.10.07
Flybe, the biggest airline at Southampton Airport, has announced three new routes as part of its summer 2008 schedule. It will launch flights to Aberdeen, Inverness and Newquay, which will bring the total number of routes it flies from Southampton to 39.
Flybe says it is launching the flights as it believes there are enough business and leisure passengers to warrant the services. One way flights to Aberdeen and Inverness will start at £27.99 including taxes and charges, while the flight to the UK's surfing capital at Newquay will cost from £21.99. Bookings on the three new routes can be made from today.
Jan Halliday, Southampton Airport's director of marketing and communications, said: 'We are delighted to see Flybe's continued investment in air services to and from this region.'
