Irish airline franchise deal sees Durham Tees & Robin Hood – Dublin flights return

Aer Arann and Aer Lingus announced yesterday that agreement has been reached to establish a franchise arrangement between the two airlines. Under this agreement Aer Arann will operate 12 routes from Dublin and Cork, including new routes to Dublin from Durham Tees Valley and Robin Hood Airports, which will operate from March 28 (daily from Robin Hood, six times weekly from Durham Tees).
The new franchise services will be branded as ‘Aer Lingus Regional’ and operated using Aer Arann ATR 72-500 aircraft and crew. All franchise flights including Robin Hood and Durham Tees to Dublin are on sale from today on www.aerlingus.com.
