Robin Hood Airport ‘hustled’

Robin Hood Airport received some welcome television exposure recently after an episode of popular BBC One show Hustle was filmed at the hub. All of the main performers from the series visited the airport for two days of filming last year, including Robert Vaughan, Adrian Lester, Matt Di Angelo and Robert Glenister.
The episode, screened on BBC One two weeks ago, saw the Hustle team gathering at the airport to see off Albert, the character played by Vaughan, when they happen to meet Finch, (Mark Benton), a bumbling, ex-grifter mate of Ash’s (Robert Glenister) from back in the day.
Jodi Stow, marketing and communications manager at the airport, said the production crew made good use of the airport's 'fantastic' terminal building. She said: 'The stars and crew were very friendly and their filming certainly caused a buzz around the place.'
