Passengers up 15% at Robin Hood Airport

Passenger numbers are soaring at Robin Hood Airport, according to new figures. The airport enjoyed a 15 percent rise in passenger traffic for the month of February compared with a year earlier.

Tenerife proved to be the favourite February getaway, with Dublin, Prague, Alicante and Malag the other routes making up the month's top five. The news comes in the same week that the airport revealed passengers were up by 50% in 2006.
