Little Britain stars film new show at Robin Hood Airport

Passengers using Robin Hood Airport were given a sneak preview of the new project from two of the country's biggest comedy stars - which is set for take off later this year. Little Britain stars Matt Lucas and David Walliams spent most of their August Bank Holiday weekend filming on location at the airport.
The pair are thought to have spent almost two weeks at the airport on a new six part series entitled Come Fly With Me, a spoof documentary set in a busy airport. It is the first major project for Lucas and Walliams since Little Britain spin-off Little Britain USA was screened two years ago.
The new show, expected to be shown on BBC One in the run-up to Christmas, features new characters, plus special guest appearances. It is understood the series is being shot as a number of airports, rather than being based at just one, so look out for the pair whenever you pass through an airport.
