20 millionth Prestwick Airport passenger for Ryanair

Scottish Transport Minister Stewart Stevenson MSP was at Glasgow Prestwick Airport yesterday to welcome Ryanair’s twenty millionth passenger at the hub. Ryanair started operations at Prestwick Airport in 1994 with its low-cost service to Dublin.
The lucky passenger received gifts and was congratulated by the Minister, airport CEO Iain Cochrane and Ryanair’s Maria Macken.
