Prestwick Airport car park to close again this winter

Watson’s Ayr Park will be closed during the winter months again this year. The popular low cost airport car park will close on the October 31 and will reopen April 1 next year. This is a slightly longer period that last winter, when it blamed falling passenger numbers and lack of demand over the winter for the closure.
Customers who have already booked to stay in the 400 space car park over the winter are being contacted and offered an upgrade to Car Park 3 at Prestwick Airport at no extra cost. This car park is within walking distance of the terminal.
