New routes take off from Prestwick Airport

Prestwick Airport saw the launch of six new Ryanair routes this week. They included three new services – to Ibiza, Fuerteventura and Carcassonne – plus the return of the summer season only flights Pisa, Rome and Budapest.
Ryanair now has six aircraft based at Prestwick serving a total of twenty-nine destinations that range from Sweden in the north to the Canary Islands in the south, and from Londonderry in the west to Hungary in the east. Ryanair’s Maria Macken said: ‘We are delighted to welcome passengers on board its new routes from Prestwick. Whether it’s clubbing in Ibiza, relaxing over a nice glass of French wine in Carcassonne or soaking up the sun in Fuerteventura, Ryanair has got it covered.’
