East Midlands Airport demonstrators charged

A total of 25 people have been charged following a demonstration at Nottingham East Midlands Airport on Sunday. The 17 men and 8 women have been charged with causing a public nuisance and aggravated trespass.
They have also been charged with entering an area restricted under the terms of the Aviation Security Act. In addition to these charges, 5 people have been charged with causing criminal damage.
All 25 are due to appear in court in October.
