BA codeshare on Flybe Newcastle – Gatwick flights

Flybe and British Airways have launched a codeshare agreement on Flybe’s Gatwick flights from Newcastle Airport. This means passengers who want to access BA Gatwick destinations including the Caribbean, Florida, Maldives, Mauritius and a number of European destinations, can now book their flight through from Newcastle to Gatwick with Flybe and connect onto their BA flight with their baggage checked all the way through.
Chris Sanders, Aviation Development Director at Newcastle Airport, said: ‘This new codeshare makes it a lot easier to use Gatwick for onwards connections with BA and opens up many more travel options from your local airport.’
