FedEx rent Manchester Airport building

MAG Developments, the property arm of the Manchester Airports Group, has secured its fifth new tenant of the year at the World Freight Terminal. FedEx Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage (UK) has agreed a three-year lease at £10/sq ft for Building 303 - a recently refurbished unit totalling approximately 4,000 sq ft.
Stephanie Mullenger, business development director for MAG Developments, said: ‘We are extremely pleased with the ongoing success of the World Freight Terminal. Despite the current economic environment, we have continued to attract occupiers. This is primarily due to the unique location of the World Freight Terminal, its unrivalled amenities, the quality of accommodation and our ability to adopt a proactive approach to reasonable requests by prospective tenants.’
