Flybe to launch Manchester – Derry flights

The budget airline Flybe is to launch a new service from Manchester Airport to City of Derry Airport, the BBC reports. The Flybe website is now offering the flights beginning on 19 May 2011.
An official announcement is expected from the airline next week. A spokesman for Derry City Council said it ‘was positive to see the route on sale ahead of the official announcement’.
