Monarch announce Manchester – Gibraltar flights

Monarch Airlines has announced the return of its air services between Manchester Airport and Gibraltar. The route, which was withdrawn in July 2006, will operate three-times-a-week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from September 12.
Liz Savage, managing director of Monarch's scheduled services, said: ‘We are delighted to be bringing direct services to Gibraltar back to the Northwest. There is a huge demand for flights from our customers and this has been reflected by the number of requests we have received from them over the past few years.’
