New freight tenant at Manchester Airport

MAG Developments, the property and development arm of the Manchester Airports Group (MAG), has secured Viking Airlines as the latest tenant at Manchester Airport's World Freight Terminal.
The new deal sees Regional Property Solutions (RPS) agree a 3 year lease at a rental level of £9.95 per sq ft for the recently refurbished 4,015 sq ft unit. It is the last of four refurbished units to have been let in recent months, following lettings to PODs Cargo and CEVA (UK) Limited.
