Manchester Airport wins award

Manchester Airport has been awarded the 2008 Air Cargo Award of Excellence by readers of Air Cargo World magazine.
The airport beat Athens and Barcelona to win the prestigious award in the 'Best European airport handling less than 500,000 tonnes of cargo per year' category. Manchester achieved top scores for performance, value, facilities and regulatory operations.
