Manchester Airport strengthens sales team

Manchester Airport has strengthened its route development team in a bid to attract more long-haul services to the airport. William Pearson, who joins Manchester Airport from Airport Coordination Limited (ACL), which administers slots for all UK airports, has been appointed as the new head of aviation sales, following a management shake up.
Mr Pearson’s appointment follows the recent expansion of commercial director Andrew Harrison’s role. He took overall responsibility for the airport’s commercial activities, including aviation development, in January this year.
