Lydd Airport Action Group appoints legal advisor

The Lydd Airport Action Group (LAAG) has announced that it has appointed Matthew Horton QC to advise the organisation on legal aspects of its opposition to Lydd Airport’s planning application for a runway extension and new terminal. A spokesman for the group said that Mr Horton is recognised as one of the foremost barristers’ in the country specialising in Planning and Environmental law.
