Two awards for easyJet

easyJet has won two awards this month. It has been named Best Low Fares Airline by readers of two national publications.
Business Traveller Magazine named easyJet as the best Low Cost Airline for 2009 this week. The awards, based on readers votes, have been running for over 20 years, and this is the ninth consecutive year that easyJet has taken the award. In addition, the readers of the Sunday Times Travel Magazine have voted easyJet as their Favourite Budget Airline.
A spokesman for the airline said: ‘We are delighted that easyJet has won the Business Traveller Magazine’s ‘Best Low Cost Airline’ award 2009 for the ninth year in a row, as well as the Sunday Times Travel Magazine award for the ‘Favourite Budget Airline’. It’s especially pleasing for us because the awards have are based on reader votes.’
