Public exhibitions to showcase Luton Airport expansion plans

Residents will be able to see Luton Airport's expansion plans during public consultations being held locally next month. London Luton Airport Limited, which owns the freehold of the airport and is in turn is owned by Luton borough Council, has proposed to increase its capacity from 11.5 million passengers per year now to 18 million.
A public exhibition will be held at Flamstead Village Hall on Tuesday, February 14 between 14:00 and 20:00. A second exhibition will be held in Harpenden at the Public Halls on Southdown Road on Saturday, February 25 between 10:00 and 17:00.
