easyJet consolidate advertising accounts
21.10.08
easyJet has consolidated its £20m pan-European advertising and direct marketing accounts with Publicis London, in a move that has seen Ogilvy Group lose out. It is the first time the budget airline has put the two accounts into one agency, Marketing Week reports.
Publicis was awarded the business following a pitch against Ogilvy and one other undisclosed agency. Initially, the agency will work on continuing the development of the airline's ‘Objects’ campaign with new radio and online ads. The airline told Marketing Week that it will focus on ‘innovating the marketing activity’ for the brand in the future.
