Luton gains Ukraine flights

The first flights by a budget airline from Ukraine have taken off from Luton Airport. Wizz Air Ukraine is running four flights a week between the airport and Lviv, in addition to a four times weekly service from Kiev that started before Christmas.
Luton airport marketing director Natalie Raper said: ‘We are delighted to make Ukraine as accessible other European countries to our passengers. We look forward to working closely with Wizz Air on the development of further new routes’.
