easyJet launch seat sale

easyJet has launched its second seat sale in less than two months as its May passenger figures showed its planes were less full than a year ago. The budget airline is offering up to 20% off two million seats between June 16 and July 17.
easyJetHotels is offering up to 30% off hotels in Europe over the same period – from budget to five-star luxury. And Holiday Taxis, easyJet's transfer partner, is offering 20% off transfers in easyJet destinations.
In April the company offered a similar promotion covering May and June as competition in the sector remains fierce, despite surging fuel costs. Rival Ryanair this week offered 250,000 one-way seats for £10 as it launched 40 new European routes this winter.
The latest easyJet sale runs until June 10.
