The move will see its route the Romanian capital and Luton Airport increase to nine flights a week from February 28, 2008.
It has also announced an increase in its flights between Bucharest and Liverpool Airport even before flights start on the route, which is due to launch on October 1. Wizz Air has said it will increase frequency on the route from three flights a week to four, again starting from February 28.
József Váradi, CEO of Wizz Air, said: 'We are committed to the Romanian market and will continue to add new destinations and flights at low fares which will move people from uncomfortable and inconvenient buses and trains to flying.'
