easyJet has signed a two year shirt sponsorship deal with Luton Town FC, who were relegated from the football league last season. The new look kit features orange shirts with the white logo of the airline - and was unveiled at a pre-season friendly versus a Manchester United XI at Kenilworth Road this week.
Sophie Dekkers, easyJet's UK commercial manager, said: ‘easyJet is pleased to sponsor Luton Town. We are impressed by the way that the club is run for the benefit of the community and its extensive outreach programmes, providing a focus and after school activity for children and young people across the region.'
‘The families that the club reaches are also our potential customers. And given that our Head Office is in Luton, getting involved in the community in this way seemed like a natural fit for both parties. It's nice to be able to help.’
