BA announce for new routes from London City Airport

British Airways has announced four new routes from London City Airport next year, and increase flights on an existing route. Its subsidiary, BA CityFlyer, will launch flights between the Docklands airport and Nice next March, with flights to Amsterdam, Barcelona and Warsaw following in May.
BA currently operates flights to six European destinations from London City Airport including Frankfurt, Madrid, Zurich, Milan, Glasgow and Edinburgh. It will operate an increased frequency for its London City Airport to Zurich service, with five flights a day to the Swiss destination, from next year.
Peter Simpson, BA CityFlyer's managing director, said: 'The introduction of four new routes increases our flying by 32 percent and firmly endorses our commitment to London City Airport.
