CityJet cut Dundee – London City flights citing ‘no demand’

Air France CityJet has announced it is to cut some flights between Dundee and London City Airport as there is ‘no demand’ from passengers for them. The airline is cutting the 08:55 Monday London to Dundee flight and the return Dundee to London 11:25 flight from next week until further notice.
In addition a ‘seasonal cancellation’ will affect the 09:40 Friday London to Dundee and 12:05 Dundee to London flights from Friday until September 2. However, Helen Breen, partnerships manager UK & Ireland for CityJet, denied the airline was considering withdrawing the Dundee to London City Airport route altogether.
