BA boost London City – Ibiza flights

After recently announcing a 50 percent increase in capacity on flights from London City Airport to Majorca in July and August, BA has now announced that it is increasing its three-a-week service to Ibiza to five from the end of May, and to eight flights a week in July and August. The additional flights amount to a 110 percent increase in seats for sale compared to last year and means total of more than 30,000 seats will be available on flights to Ibiza this summer.
The flights currently depart from the Docklands hub on Monday, Friday and Sunday. They will increase to daily flights, excluding Saturdays from the end of May. In July and August there will be two flights a day on Monday and Friday to accommodate the growing number of passengers travelling to the island for long weekends.
