London City – Pau flights for CityJet
15.03.11
Air France subsidiary CityJet is to launch another route to France next month with thrice-weekly flights to Pau in the Pyrenees. Rival Ryanair has announced that it will pull out of the French airport – including axing flights to Stansted – because of the move.
The new year-round flights take off on April 2, using a 95-seat capacity Avro RJ85 jet. The service is aimed at visitors to the Atlantic coast, Lourdes, Biarritz and the region’s ski resorts and will operate each Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
CityJet has already announced that it is adding the French destinations of Avignon and Toulon to its network in May.
