Ryanair flies 8 millionth Liverpool Airport passenger

Ryanair has flown its eight millionth passenger from Liverpool Airport. Europe's biggest budget airline first launched flights from Liverpool in 1988, with a link to Dublin.
It celebrated its achievement in the same week that it announced two new routes - to Malaga and Nantes - starting next April. It will also introduce three new ski routes beginning this Saturday.
