Leeds Bradford – Pakistan flights boosted
21.03.09
Pakistan International Airlines announced today that it will increase its non-stop service to Islamabad from Leeds Bradford Airport from two to three times a week from March 30. The decision to increase the frequency of the service - after only eight months of operation - was made due to the high demand from travellers in the Bradford and surrounding Yorkshire region.
Tony Hallwood, the airport’s commercial and development director, said: ‘We have been working with local business tourism and cultural organisations to ensure the success of this important service. We are delighted that the demand from the Yorkshire region is now being satisfied with an additional weekly flight.’
