Jet2 appoint travel trade sales manager

Leeds Bradford Airport based budget airline Jet2 has announced the appointment of its first 'Tour Operator Sales Manager'. The move comes as the airline continues to seek to forge stronger links with the travel trade.
Gino Vella, who has over 30 years' experience in the travel industry, has joined the airline at its headquarters at Leeds Bradford Airport. He will look to support tour operators wanting to book flights from the airline's bases across the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Phil Ward, Passenger Sales Director at Jet2, said: 'We are delighted to announce Gino's appointment and thrilled to welcome such an accomplished member to our team. He is ideally placed to continue building upon the strong links we have between Jet2 and the travel trade.'
