Leeds Bradford Airport ‘most punctual’

Leeds Bradford Airport come top in a league table for on time flights. The Civil Aviation Authority reported that in the last quarter, 89 percent of its flights were early or on time. In the first-quarter of the year, Leeds Bradford Airport scored 93 percent and was also top compared to other major UK airports.
Tony Hallwood, director of commercial and aviation development at the airport, said they had set benchmarks for other airports to follow. He said that they had worked hard to ensure that flights were on time, and are ‘delighted that we've topped the punctuality league table once again for both our charter and scheduled flights.'
