PIA Pakistan flights take off from Leeds Bradford

The inaugural flight of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) between Leeds Bradford Airport and Islamabad took off today, and was full to capacity. The direct flight will operate every Wednesday and Saturday.
A spokesman for the airline said: ‘This is PIA’s 34th International destination and 5th to the UK.’ PIA is already operating flights for destinations in the UK including, London, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow.
