Kent Airport launch survey
06.05.08
Kent International Airport is undertaking a major public survey to measure the demand for flights from the hub.
The sit is currently able to handle 800,000 passengers a year, with one of the UK’s longest runways capable of handling all commercial aircraft types. However, its passenger services have been limited since the failure of EUjet two years ago.
Matt Clarke, chief executive of Kent International Airport, said: ‘This is an opportunity for the Kent public to let us know how they would like to use the airport in the future and in particular the places they would want to fly to, the frequency of their air travel and how much they currently spend on travel.’
The survey is being run with KOS Media’s www.kentnews.co.uk. All those taking part stand a chance of winning a free holiday in Majorca for two adults.
